There are of course two elements to the overall costs which are our charges and the cost of the medication.

Our charges are simple and straightforward, and we believe allow access to as wide a range of people as possible.

Our initial assessment, charge is £150, payable on the day of assessment. At this time, one of our Consultants will visit the patient at home at a convenient time. Evening and weekend appointments to facilitate other family members to attend are readily available. First review is within month 3. If the treatment is not working then there is no further charge payable. If the initial treatment is promising and the patient subsequently becomes a long term patient of SKELDA THERAPIES then the Consultant will visit the patient at home every three months from then on at an ongoing cost from month three onwards of £85 per calendar month payable by standing order. There is no contract to sign, no long term obligation and these arrangements can be cancelled at any time. This charge includes up to two visits annually for carer support purposes from our community staff, if needed and also liaison with the patient's GP

The medicine costs are in addition to the service costs, and are different depending on the medicine used. A breakdown of these costs is below:
